Lori Cole

Lori has been in the hair industry for over 14 years.  She has received education from Rusk, Redken, Paul Mitchell, Loreal, Bio-Elements and most recently went to Las Vegas for the Redken symposium. Since joining Salon NOVA she has been to the hands-on educational workshops for Kevin Murphy and is also keeping up her education on the Redken color line. Lori is inspired by the joy of making people happy.  Loris' artistry and inspiration come thru in every haircut she does by using new techniques and unique placement of color. Art is the main focus in Loris' work.  Everyone is their own person and bringing that out for someone in their hair is what she strives to do.

Ashley Jacobs

Ashley has been in the hair industry for 5 years.  She is passionate about continuing her education and progressing into her future.  Ashley is like a sponge, ready and willing to absorb any information that will further her educational knowledge.  Her educational background includes a Cosmetology Diploma from Pulse Beauty Academy, at which she was a part of an Honors Society that put on fashion shows.  She also received educational training through Paul Mitchell, Redken, James Ryder, and Kevin Murphy, etc.
Ashley is currently Loris' assistant at Salon NOVA.  She has excellent customer service skills and is determined to make clients feel relaxed and comfortable at our salon.

Sara Pinney

Sara has been working in the hair industry for 6 years. From the beginning she has continued to advance her education and has had extensive training with many top stylists. Along with being a stylist at Salon NOVA, she also currently works as an educator for the Kevin Murphy product line. Her position as a Kevin Murphy educator enables her to stay up to date with the newest techniques. Sara will work with your natural hair texture to create an easy, modern style that you can enjoy.

Charnita Edwards Russell

Charnita has been honing her skills in the hair care industry for nearly 20 years.  Although there are many individual interests in this industry of creativity, Charnita decided  early in her career to concentrate on achieving healthy hair without the use of excessive heat. Her expertise in chemical relaxing plays a huge part of informing her clients on maintaining healthiness. For extensive training in this area, she studied under the late Olive Lee Benson in Boston, MA for 3 years. Charnita believes in educating her clients for their ultimate hair care experience.  Educating herself on a consistent basis is fundamental as well as exciting. Learning new cutting, coloring, and styling techniques from different companies is necessary in the beauty industry. Her salon services will be geared towards clients who prefer a roller set finish vs. a blown finish and a special concentration on clients with diverse hair textures. Jennifer Frain

Jennifer has been in the hair industry for 17 years and has been licensed since 1996. She has trained with Redken, Kevin Murphy, Youngblood and Repechage. Jennifer’s experience, attention to detail and pleasant demeanor make every client feel as if they’re her only one.  She will continue to add to her diverse skill set by attending specialized classes featuring contemporary styles and trends. She is a fabulous team player and has been an asset to Salon NOVA since our first day of business

Alyssa

Alyssa is an assistant who is currently attending beauty school. She is working towards becoming a stylist!

Linda Tucker

Linda has been working in the beauty industry for 9 years.  She has trained under Redken, Loreal, Rusk, and BioElements.  She has attended the Redken Exchange in New York City multiple times and was also attended the Redken Symposium 2009 in Las Vegas.  She is currently working part time as a learning coach at a continuing education school for BioElements.  She has a passion for education, product knowledge, and life!  She prides herself on creating beautiful looks for people, but most importantly, communicating how to realistically recreate and maintain your look at home.

M'Liss Harity

M'liss has been in the hair industry for 25 years. She believes everyone's inner beauty needs to be shown on the outside, because we are all beautiful in our own creative way. Her passion is to bring this out for the world to see. She has worked with Kimmy at one of the top Main Line Salon and Spa's for 20 years. She attended educational programs from; Redken, Toni&Guy, Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, Sebastian, Wella etc. Mliss believes hair is just like fashion; constantly changing, so it is extremely important to be educated by the best.
