HAIR SAGA: Charnita has been honing her skills in the hair care industry for nearly 20 years.
Although there are many individual interests in this industry of creativity, Charnita decided early
in her career to concentrate on achieving healthy hair without the use of excessive heat. Her
expertise in chemical relaxing plays a huge part of informing her clients on maintaining
healthiness. For extensive training in this area, she studied under the late Olive Lee Benson in
Boston, MA for 3 years. Charnita believes in educating her clients for their ultimate hair care
experience. Educating herself on a consistent basis is fundamental as well as exciting. Learning
new cutting, coloring, and styling techniques from different companies is necessary in the beauty
industry. Her salon services will be geared towards clients who prefer a roller set finish versus a
blown finish and a special concentration on clients with diverse hair textures.
